Engagement - Adam and Ashley (Brookings, South Dakota)

Adam and Ashley will be getting married near were Ashley grew up in Wisconsin. They're such a great couple to work with and had such fun ideas for their engagement session. We spent a little bit of time in McCrory Gardens in Brookings, South Dakota where Adam used to work and then headed out to Adam's parents' farm in country. Their buildings and grassy fields provided for amazing captures and I talked them into staying out a little bit longer to catch the sunset which made for absolutely amazing photographs! BRHS Holiday Pet Portraits Sneak Peek

After cold and wet weather moved us indoors, we came up with a pretty amazing photography set for this year's annual Holiday Pet Portraits! Choke Cherry Photography & Design donated sessions to the Brookings Regional Humane Society in order to help raise funds for the 500+ animals they provide medical care and temporary housing to every year. Many volunteers helped make this event a great success for the BRHS and together we raised $475 of much needed funding for the animals! Thank you to all who showed up and/or helped make this event a success. I look forward to another great Holiday Pet Portrait Fundraiser event next year!
